Broken Teeth

Sometimes we can restore broken or decayed teeth with fillings. Other times the injury is too large for a filling to be successful. In these cases we often advise that a crown be done. A crown is sometimes called a “cap”, because it covers all surfaces of the injured tooth and reinforces it with strong metal and/or porcelain.
