About Dr. Spray’s Work

Dr. Spray has a strong background in the arts.  He studied theatre arts as an undergraduate and has long been interested in artistic pursuits.  Painting, drawing and crafts have been life-long hobbies of his.  Having this background has been helpful in producing aesthetically pleasing dental restorations.

Here are some examples of his work:

Crowns

This patient wasn’t happy with her old veneers and was troubled by the fact that – despite having had orthodontics – her teeth were drifting out of alignment.  She was embarrassed by how prominent her teeth were and referred to them jokingly as her “beaver- teeth”.  Although a new round of orthodontics was an option, she was not interested in that and wanted something more immediate. Fused all porcelain crowns solved this puzzle. With crowns we changed the size, shape, and position of her six upper front teeth, and our lab fused these crowns together to prevent future drifting.  She was very happy with how natural, smooth, and well aligned her new smile was.

Bonding 2

This patient had numerous fillings done over the years, but continued to have them break or fracture. She had resigned to the idea that she had “bad” teeth but was excited to try again with our office.  In one appointment we were able to restore her teeth as shown.  Quite a change.  She was pleased.

Bonding 1

This patient came to us with very broken down enamel on his teeth and a very tight budget.  This transformation occurred over several appointments and involved building up his teeth with resin composite crowns and fillings.  These restorations will eventually have to be replaced, but his smile looks great, and he can gradually replace them with long-lasting crowns as his dental insurance and budget allows.
